1. About these terms
These terms apply when a visitor accesses the public ATLAS marketing website or a demonstration linked from it. By continuing to use those services, a visitor agrees to follow these terms. If a visitor does not agree, they should not use the website or demo.
Operational use, hardware provision, support, service levels, data processing and payment should be governed by a separate written customer agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these website terms, the customer agreement should take priority for the contracted service.
2. Using the website
You may use this website for lawful business research, to learn about ATLAS, to contact the team and to access any demonstration made available to you. You must not:
- use the website in breach of applicable law or another person’s rights;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems, data or infrastructure;
- introduce malware, harmful code, automated traffic or unreasonable load;
- probe, scan or test security without prior written authorisation;
- misrepresent your identity or affiliation;
- copy, scrape or reuse substantial website content except where law permits it; or
- use the website or demo to monitor real people or assets without a lawful basis and appropriate authority.
Access may be restricted or withdrawn where reasonably necessary to protect the service, users or other organisations.
3. Demonstration environment
The demo is provided to illustrate product concepts and user journeys. Unless expressly stated otherwise, information shown in it may be simulated, incomplete or reset without notice. It must not be relied upon for live operations, emergency response, election administration, asset protection, compliance decisions or evidential conclusions.
Do not enter confidential, sensitive, personal or operationally significant information into a public demo. Features shown in a prototype or demo do not constitute a commitment that they are available in a contracted service.
4. Accounts and authentication
If account access is provided, you must use your own authorised account, keep authentication methods secure and notify the appropriate administrator promptly if misuse is suspected. An organisation may manage its users, roles and access under its own policies and customer agreement.
We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to address security, legal, operational or contractual concerns. Account recovery, suspension and deletion arrangements for a live service are governed by the applicable customer agreement.
5. Intellectual property
The website, ATLAS name, interface, copy, graphics, software and other materials are owned by or licensed to T2K Group Limited unless stated otherwise. All rights are reserved.
You may view the website and make a reasonable internal copy for evaluating ATLAS. You may not reproduce, publish, modify, distribute, reverse engineer or commercially exploit protected material unless law permits it or you have written permission. Product names and logos belonging to others remain the property of their respective owners.
6. Information on this website
We aim for website information to be clear and useful, but it is general information rather than legal, compliance, security, procurement or operational advice. Capabilities, integrations, technical details and availability may change and should be confirmed during procurement or contracting.
Case studies and proof points should be read in their stated context. They do not guarantee that the same result will be achieved for another organisation or deployment.
7. Third-party links and services
The website may link to websites or services operated by other organisations. Links are provided for convenience and do not mean that ATLAS controls or endorses the destination. Third-party terms and privacy notices apply when you visit those services.
8. Availability and security
The public website and demo may be changed, paused or withdrawn. We do not promise that either will always be available, error-free or compatible with every device. Planned service commitments for customers should be set out in a separate agreement.
You are responsible for using appropriate device, network and browser security. If you identify a suspected vulnerability, contact the ATLAS team privately rather than disclosing details publicly.
9. Responsibility and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the website and demo are provided for general information and evaluation only. We are not liable for loss or damage arising from reliance on the website or demo for live operations, emergency response, election administration, asset protection, compliance decisions or evidential conclusions. Any liability relating to a contracted ATLAS service is governed by the applicable customer agreement.
Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Nothing here affects mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Privacy
How personal information may be handled is described in the Privacy page. Customer deployments may also be subject to a data processing agreement and customer-provided notices.
11. Changes
These terms may be updated to reflect changes to ATLAS, the website or applicable law. The current version and its update date should remain available on this page. Material changes should be communicated where appropriate.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights that apply. A separate customer agreement may specify a different dispute process or jurisdiction.
13. Contact
Questions about ATLAS or these terms can be submitted through Talk to Us or by emailing [email protected].
