2. What this notice covers
This notice covers personal information associated with the public ATLAS website, enquiries, demo requests and optional marketing communications. For a contracted ATLAS deployment, T2K Group Limited may act as a data controller or as a data processor on behalf of a customer, depending on the processing activity. The applicable customer agreement, data processing agreement and privacy information define those responsibilities.
3. Information we may collect
We may collect the following information when you contact or interact with us:
- Contact and enquiry information: name, work email address, organisation, job role, telephone number and information included in a message or demo request.
- Technical information: IP address, browser or device type, timestamps, diagnostic records and security events.
- Anonymous usage information: aggregated information about how pages and features are used. Our internal analytics service is designed not to identify individual visitors.
- Communications: correspondence with the ATLAS team and support information supplied by a user or customer.
4. Why information may be used
Under UK data protection law, personal information must be used for a defined purpose and on a recognised lawful basis.

Where consent is relied upon, it may be withdrawn at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing that took place before consent was withdrawn.
5. Who information may be shared with
The website is hosted on servers operated by T2K Group. Information may be shared with:
- companies within T2K Group where needed to respond to an enquiry or support ATLAS;
- our email delivery provider, where needed to deliver and respond to enquiries;
- Cloudflare, which provides Turnstile abuse protection for the contact form;
- CARTO, which supplies the website's map tiles;
- our internal analytics service, which receives anonymous usage information for aggregate reporting;
- professional advisers, auditors and insurers where appropriate;
- public authorities, law enforcement or regulators where disclosure is required or permitted by law; and
- a buyer, investor or successor in connection with a genuine corporate transaction, subject to suitable safeguards.
We do not sell personal information.
6. International transfers
Some service providers may process personal information outside the United Kingdom. Where UK data protection law requires it, we use an approved transfer mechanism or rely on another lawful safeguard, and apply appropriate contractual and organisational protections.
7. How long information is kept
Website enquiry and communication information is kept only for as long as needed to respond, maintain an appropriate business record and meet applicable legal or regulatory requirements. Information that is no longer required is deleted or anonymised.
Retention for a contracted ATLAS deployment is agreed on a contract-by-contract basis. Where T2K Group Limited acts as a processor, retention and deletion are governed by the data processing agreement with the relevant customer.
8. How information is protected
We use proportionate technical and organisational measures appropriate to the information and risks involved. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Users are responsible for protecting their authentication method, using only authorised accounts and promptly reporting suspected misuse.
9. Your UK data protection rights
Depending on the circumstances, an individual may have rights to:
- ask for access to personal information;
- ask for inaccurate information to be corrected;
- ask for information to be erased or processing to be restricted;
- object to processing based on legitimate interests or to direct marketing;
- receive certain information in a portable format;
- withdraw consent where processing relies on consent; and
- raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
These rights are not absolute. If ATLAS processes information only on behalf of a customer, a request may need to be referred to that customer. Identity may need to be verified before a request is fulfilled.
10. Cookies and similar technologies
The ATLAS website does not use advertising cookies or other non-essential tracking technologies. Our internal analytics service collects anonymous usage information for aggregate reporting without using cookies or identifying individual visitors. On that basis, the website does not display a cookie-consent banner. If non-essential cookies or identifiable analytics are introduced, this notice and the consent approach will be reviewed before they are activated.
11. Children
The ATLAS website and operational platform are intended for organisational and professional use, not for use by children as consumers. Any deployment that could involve information about children requires a separate assessment and appropriate customer guidance.

This website may link to third-party websites, including T2K Group and external services. Those organisations are responsible for their own privacy information and practices.
13. Changes to this notice
This page may be updated as ATLAS develops or legal requirements change. Material updates should be communicated where appropriate, and the date at the top should be revised.
